After speaking with Republic they have told me to pass along the below information. 

1) Place your totes at the road Thursday night (night before scheduled pickup) that way they are out first thing Friday morning. 

2) If totes are not emptied on the scheduled pick up day, please leave them out as their goal is to pick up the following day. 

There is an updated garbage and recycling schedule available on the Garbage and Recycling page under the Departments tab of the website. This has updated contact information for Republic. If you have questions or comments please reach out. 

We are hoping this will resolve some of the issues that the Village has been having with the service. They are also receiving a new truck to hopefully help.
