The cost for an intact dog is $10.00 and $7.00 for a neutered or spayed dog. You will need to provide a rabies vaccination certificate which includes the following:
- Owner's name and address
- Animal name, color, breed and gender
- Vaccine date and expiration date
- Vaccination manufacturer and vaccine serial number
Please include a Self-Addressed Stamped envelope for returning your certificate and license.
